Just wanted to thank you and Brian for your help in successfully completing the Harvard Liau Laboratory Replacement Project. I appreciate the time and effort that was spent on the project to keep a very demanding client happy. Harvard mentioned on more than one occasion they were impressed with the work Lynnwell produced. Brian should be recognized for his efforts in the field as his positive attitude, forward thinking and ability to resolve problems, played an important roll in making the project successful. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. I look forward to working with both of you again.
It has been a pleasure working with Lynnwell Associates on the City of Boston’s Bruce Bolling Building Municipal Center project. Lynnwell’s willingness to work with the owner to quickly identify and mitigate potential issues was highly valued. The professionalism and integrity of both field and office staff undoubtedly helped to ensure a timely and successful project. At the UMass Boston, University Hall project, Lynnwell Associates took on a very complicated project, which, on top of having a tight schedule, had a lot of additional electrical scope added near the end of the project. In spite of this increase in scope, the University could not waiver on the opening date. Lynnwell Associates was able to adjust their focus and resources and get the project completed on time, with the highest quality.
Working with Lynnwell on the Bruce C. Bolling Building was a pleasure and I look forward to the next project with Lynnwell. The Lynnwell team was responsive to the project needs and a key team member on this $100,000,000 project that was completed on time and under budget.
Subs to this contractor were very responsive and contractor managed the work force well on the project. Safety was a priority to this contractor. Field personnel were excellent - very professional and knowledgeable.
This subcontractor was very responsive to the accelerated construction schedule and was a good team player in completing the project on time.
Excellent quality of workmanship, particularly due to the nature of the work (rehabilitating in existing facilities). Contractor’s performance with regard to schedule was very good. Contractor’s strongest area was his working relationship with the owner. All 5 facilities were critical headworks to maintain service and had to remain fully operational at all times, particularly during wet weather / high flows.
I have worked with Lynnwell Associates on a number of projects and have always found them professional and bring the highest level of quality to their work.
We just completed construction at the Seaport Hotel DAS project, I am not doing these things quite often, but, I decided to make a few comments about my experience with the Lynnwell organization since it is the first project SAI has done with Lynnwell. To make the story short, I was extremely pleased to work with the field crew. Especially with the crew leader Rich Callanan who showed expert craftsmanship, knowledge, and especially a very professional attitude towards to the customers. Other contractors involved, particularly the hotel management, Rich made this project (at least so far) relatively smooth. So, hopefully this will be the beginning of our relations. Hopefully we can have Rich and his crew involved in future endeavors.
