UMass Boston: University Hall
Project Scope:
The project included several design changes mid construction which led to a tight schedule and challenging effort by our site team.
Project Overview
- Ground up construction of a four-story building providing more than 25 state of the art general use classrooms, faculty and staff offices, as well as specialized art, chemistry and performing arts spaces.
- The build out also included a 150-seat recital hall, four 150-200 seat lecture halls and a 500-seat auditorium.
- Lynnwell completed the electrical install of all power, new switchgear, lighting and lighting controls, theatrical lighting, new fire alarm system, security system, telecommunications system, and Audio-Visual system.
