At the UMass Boston, University Hall project, Lynnwell Associates took on a very complicated project, which, on top of having a tight schedule, had a lot of additional electrical scope added near the end of the project. In spite of this increase in scope, the University could not waiver on the opening date. Lynnwell Associates was able to adjust their focus and resources and get the project completed on time, with the highest quality.
Working with Lynnwell on the Bruce C. Bolling Building was a pleasure and I look forward to the next project with Lynnwell. The Lynnwell team was responsive to the project needs and a key team member on this $100,000,000 project that was completed on time and under budget.
Subs to this contractor were very responsive and contractor managed the work force well on the project. Safety was a priority to this contractor. Field personnel were excellent - very professional and knowledgeable.
This subcontractor was very responsive to the accelerated construction schedule and was a good team player in completing the project on time.
Excellent quality of workmanship, particularly due to the nature of the work (rehabilitating in existing facilities). Contractor’s performance with regard to schedule was very good. Contractor’s strongest area was his working relationship with the owner. All 5 facilities were critical headworks to maintain service and had to remain fully operational at all times, particularly during wet weather / high flows.
