Harvard University, Gore Hall Complex Complex
Project Scope:
Upfront planning with the GC allowed the core shell and fit out of Beren Hall to be completed eight months early.
Project Overview
- Aggressive 15-month renovation of a historic Harvard University residence hall and two wood framed houses totaling over 100,000 sq. ft.
- Including new construction of Beren Hall, a five-story addition which served as the “brains” for the complex.
- Lynnwell completed the electrical install of all power, new switchgear, new lighting and lighting controls, backup generator, new fire alarm system and data communications system.
